Renaming User Groups
You can rename a user group. All customization performed on the group remains.
Cross Project Customization - Working with a Linked Project: If you are working with a project that is linked to a template project, you cannot rename a user group defined by the template project.
ALM Editions: Cross project customization is not available for Quality Center Enterprise Edition. For more information about ALM editions and their functionality, see the HPE Application Lifecycle Management User Guide

In the Project Customization window, in the left pane, click Groups and Permissions. The Groups and Permissions page opens.

In the group list, select a group name.

Click the Rename Group button. The Rename Group dialog box opens.

Type a new name for the group.

Click OK to save your changes.
